The PG Department of Commerce, the first PG department of S.E.S College, aims at building the total personality of students and transforming young boys and girls into men and women, having competence, compassion, concern and commitment. Since its inception in 2013, the department offers M.Com (Finance) programme which provides an opportunity to acquire advanced knowledge in the main areas of commerce to help them in their career development. M.Com International Business programme started in the year 2015 and B.Com Computer Application in 2017. Now the department offers one UG programme and two PG programmes. The department follows multi-dimensional pedagogy for different programmes which consist of Lectures, Tutorial, Case Studies, Individual and Group presentations, Seminars and workshops, Assignments, Survey based field work, Projects, and Industry interaction. The students are well trained with different skills like logical thinking, effective public speaking, analytical skills, and IT skills to equip them for facing the highly competitive business world keeping in view the market demand and the changing patterns in the economy.
